Responsibilities

This role involves partnering with Finance Directors to analyze work processes, improve workflows, and leverage technological capabilities. The Financial Systems Analyst ensures project adherence, maintains a systems-oriented approach, and collaborates with peers on technology priorities. Key duties include supporting Lawson's EFM and EAM modules, serving as an IT contact for the functional area, assisting with data integrity, system testing, report writing, and data flow analysis for process improvements. The role also involves supporting Lawson upgrades, patches, testing, and other related projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Lawson EFM systems or equivalent ERP implementations in healthcare.
• Proven hands-on experience with Lawson / Infor financial modules such as General Ledger, Cost Allocation, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Asset Management, and related reporting tools.
• At least 5 years of full lifecycle Lawson financial system implementation experience.
• Ability to define process flows, Lawson security roles, and integrate Lawson modules with other systems like EPIC / Meditech and On-Base.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report writing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Over 6 years of IT systems / technology experience.

The estimated annual compensation range is $90,126.40 to $168,708.80, depending on experience and qualifications.
