Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production support of client's Loans and Trade Finance applications.
• Manage production support, follow-up of application developments, and flows between client's Loans and Trade Finance applications and other back office systems.
• Participate in technical projects related to Financing Solutions platforms.
• Assist sponsors and project teams to identify business needs and define functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with IT Global Banking teams to produce technical specification documents.
• Coordinate and fulfill project support tasks, providing regular status reports.
• Maintain applications and systems in accordance with Information Security guidelines.
• Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.
• Monitor, capacity plan, and tune the performance of financing solutions application components.
• Document business processes and data flows.
• Lead Change Control review meetings to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals.
• Manage CyberArk bypass controls and assess resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Batch, or Python.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of Java J2EE applications.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, MQ, WebSphere, and Tomcat is a plus.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or certification is desirable.
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers.
• Experience with application deployments and installations.
• Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ITSM, SN.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks effectively.

Essential Specific Requirements:

• Good understanding of ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Understanding of data protection principles.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
