Nipissing University’s Schulich School of Education is seeking qualified course instructors for the 2025 Fall and Winter semesters.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor or Education (BEd), Masters, PhD in Education or a related field
  • Demonstrated successful teaching experience as evidenced by a professional letter of reference and supporting materials (e.g. teaching philosophy, teaching evaluations, other relevant achievements related to teaching)
  • Be certified as a registered teacher with the appropriate licensing authority (e.g. Ontario College of Teachers)

Duties

  • Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
  • Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
  • Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures
