• Professional Development: Paid coaching, training, paid eLearning courses (Fairstone University), and opportunities to build your customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

• Compensation: Base salary with multiple incentives and a reward program to earn points for travel or goods!
• Vacation: 3 weeks plus an additional 6 days at your convenience, in addition to statutory holidays.

• Schedules: Flexible, with full-time and part-time positions available between 20 to 37.5 hours per week in our branches (may vary by district)

About the Role

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers both on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past-due accounts
• Handling cash controls and payments
• Committing to personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience and earning customer trust and loyalty.

What We Require

Authorized to work in Canada.

• High-school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
