Job description

Morgan Group Kimberley has a vacancy for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join the team and provide customers with comprehensive Financial and Insurance services.

Duties & Responsibilities

The F&I Manager's role is to maximize the dealership's second gross profitability by qualifying clients' specific needs and presenting effective solutions with approved VAPs and services, while ensuring the dealership is NOT exposed to ANY RISK. Key tasks include:

1. Contactting banks and insurance companies
2. Obtaining quotes
3. Completing necessary paperwork
4. Advising customers
5. Managing month-end processes

Desired Experience & Qualification

Applicants must have:

1. Matric
2. FAIS compliance
3. NCA registration
4. RE 5 certificate

Candidates should have 3-5 years of Finance and Insurance experience within the Motor industry. The successful candidate must possess excellent administration, numeracy, communication, and customer service skills. They must be ‘Fit and Proper’ in terms of experience, qualifications, and integrity. An up-to-date Class of Business and working knowledge of dealer platforms such as Seriti are also required.
