Position Overview:

The Deli Clerk is responsible for executing a range of duties professionally, accurately, and promptly. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, fostering loyalty, fulfilling customer needs, and contributing to an engaging environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Perform product merchandising and program execution.
• Handle and prepare deli products.
• Promote products actively to increase store sales.
• Participate in training junior staff members.
• Order and receive stock following inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment as per company standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
