Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals and promote digital transformation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to industry best practices.
• Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Development Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
