Position Overview

We are hiring a Mobile Batcher Operator for a 1-year contract to join our growing team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining foamcrete equipment at customer sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Setup, prepare, and adjust foamcrete processing systems at customer sites.
2. Operate foamcrete machinery, making adjustments as needed during production.
3. Perform quality control checks and minor maintenance on equipment.
4. Assist with the movement, setup, and takedown of foamcrete production equipment.
5. Coordinate with laboratory and field technicians to meet quality objectives.
6. Maintain quality management systems and daily records of test data.
7. Generate reports and analyze quality metrics for continuous improvement.
8. Manage inventory levels of laboratory consumables.
9. Oversee invoices and procurement processes via SAP.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious with knowledge of OH&S policies and regulations.
• Knowledge of concrete and aggregates testing (asset).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to perform outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid G Class Driver’s License (required).
• DZ Class License (asset).
