Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Marketing Management to support our Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery Thoracic, Colorectal & Bariatric business. This position is located in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate Channel Performance with Key Opinion Leader feedback and monitoring NPI’s (30%).
  • Surgical Specialty Focus Thoracic & Colorectal & BAR Collecting data coupled with critical environmental scans and analysis for Canada and Globe. Build partnership agreements around new technology introduction in market (30%).
  • Lead Integrated Channel Development across JJMT Surgery (20%).
  • Provide Leadership, mentoring and guidance to entire marketing team (10%).
  • Enable and foster GSM relationship while being a key member of Platform Leadership Team or Commercial (10%).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in business or related field is preferred. A post graduate degree is an asset, but not required.
  • Minimum of 8 years business experience is required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years marketing experience is required.
  • Prior people management experience is required.
  • Experience in Brand lifecycle and NPI technology launches in Canada and globally is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google analytics and SEO techniques is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Must possess strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and engaging content.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual (French) is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Up to 40% business travel (domestic & international) may be required.
