Our client is in the education industry and are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking administrative professionals to fill a 2+ week role in various locations. This position involves managing the daily functions of the office and supporting various departments with administration and coordination. The ideal candidate must have their own car and a vulnerable sector check.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phones
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
Type, format, and proofread correspondence and documents
Prepare and submit expense reports
Attend meetings and record minutes
Update databases and run reports
Support and organize company events, meetings, etc.
Manage office supplies and order food for meetings
Provide administrative support in the office as required
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work under pressure
Flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed
Time management skills with strong attention to detail
Must have a vulnerable sector check completed in the last six months and a reliable vehicle
