Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures for the kitchen team.
  2. Instruct and mentor staff on their roles, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
  3. Ensure that food quality and service consistently meet established standards.
  4. Forecast and arrange the purchase of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  5. Oversee inventory, track repairs, monitor sales, and manage waste records.
  6. Assist in hiring food service staff and contribute to creating policies, procedures, and budgets.

Requirements:
1. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 40 hours a week

Experience: 1 year

Starting date: As soon as possible

Pay: Salary $35.0/hour
