ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers both over the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past due customer accounts
• Managing cash controls, including payments
• Committing to personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience to earn customer trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE : Authorized to work in Canada.

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

PREREQUISITE : Maintain a positive, supportive attitude and help foster a gratifying work atmosphere.
