The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer-facing position, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines. Responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within specified regions and industries.
  2. Developing and fostering relationships with key decision-makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in the selection and purchase of control and relief valves.
  3. Expanding Baker Hughes valve sales volumes through coordinated project pursuit and customer engagement.
  4. Conducting market research and prospecting to build a robust, qualified sales pipeline.
  5. Coordinating with channel partner sales teams to effectively cover key project stakeholders.
  6. Sharing best practices within the region and with global sales teams.
  7. Providing regional market and customer intelligence, especially in the growing Energy Transition industry.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited college or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector.
  2. 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, or process control industries.
  3. Strong background in industrial B2B product sales, including knowledge of project timing, budgeting, strategic sales, and negotiation.
  4. Effective communication skills at all organizational levels and the ability to influence others through data and experience.
  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
  6. Ability to travel up to 50% for business.
