Key Responsibilities:
  1. Learn about customer businesses, initiate regular communications to anticipate challenges, and provide preemptive solutions to enhance customer experience.
  2. Partner closely with customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leveraging additional features or services to drive revenue growth.
  3. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and align strategies for mutual success.
  4. Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles proactively, adhering to sales checklists, processes, and timelines to execute strategies effectively.
  5. Collaborate with specialists and other teams to engage customers in product value and drive sales.
  6. Support teams cross-functionally to address customer needs, acting as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement.
  7. Participate in proactive meetings to align strategies and enhance customer experiences.
  8. Support onboarding for new clients and drive product adoption through tailored strategies.
  9. Engage in ongoing learning and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in Network Security or similar fields.
  • Passion for sales, resilience, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience creating sales forecasts and managing leads and opportunities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English and mandatory fluency in French.
