The role involves integrating advanced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to improve patient care, data management, and healthcare accessibility. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects affecting the health and well-being of First Nations populations.
Title : Senior Business Analyst, eHealth
Salary : $88,948 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract : Permanent
Hours : 37.5 hrs / wk, flexible schedule, 7.5 hr days, e.g., 9am-4pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location : Metro Vancouver office – Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid work in line with FNHA’s flex work policy (minimum 50% in the office).
About The Role
The Senior Business Analyst, eHealth for the EMR project will serve as a key link between traditional business analysis duties and a product lead role. Responsibilities include collaborating with the EMR vendor to gather and document system requirements, conducting testing and validation, communicating system updates to stakeholders, and developing chart access models and security profiles to ensure data privacy and security. The analyst will also ensure EMR system compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full-time hours. Incumbents are typically hired or promoted within this range based on experience and skills. The top 10% pay range is for industry experts with exceptional experience and competencies. Internal compensation is determined per FNHA policies.
