Desjardins Group is seeking an agent for financial services in the Centre-du-Québec region. The role involves supporting clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with finance advisors. As an agent, financial services, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently.
Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertain their needs, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or alternative distribution channels.
Collaborate with personal finance advisors to enhance the service offered to members.
