Job Description:

This role at NorQuest College as an Academic Program Manager for Health Pathways involves overseeing and leading various health-related academic programs within the Faculty of Health Studies. The position reports to the Dean and requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure program quality, strategic growth, and alignment with institutional goals. Responsibilities include managing program operations, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage program operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
  2. Lead curriculum development, program review, and quality assurance.
  3. Support faculty recruitment, development, and performance management.
  4. Foster an inclusive environment emphasizing equity, diversity, and anti-racism.
  5. Engage with external partners and accreditation bodies.
  6. Manage projects, including grants and partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Current license in a regulated health profession.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership in post-secondary education.
  • Experience in curriculum development, project management, and fostering inclusive educational environments.
