$107,620 to $119,574

Your role

Contribute to our team’s success by playing a key role in the strategic management of major government assets. If you are recognized for your expertise in buying and selling commercial and industrial real estate, your place could be with us.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage government-retained assets across all SLSMC operational lands and locations, engaging with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies as required.
  • Support corporate cost recovery efforts and prepare budgets for capital projects.
  • Negotiate initiatives to develop corporate revenue.
  • Resolve land-related damage claims against the Corporation and Transport Canada.
  • Oversee the evaluation of surveys, environmental tests, and legal documents related to land sales.
Your profile
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in real property management.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and meet short deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technologies.
  • Knowledge of federal and provincial rules, regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
  • Valid Class G (ON) or Class 5 (QC) driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
