Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the entire employee onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
  • Be the point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks related to employment practices.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks to foster employee growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior management to assess and improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Provide training and development programs to build a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of employee onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations and labor laws in Canada.
  • Experience with performance management systems and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 26 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Throughout the range of 300,000 to 500,000 Dinars (Дин. - Serbia) per hour, commensurate with experience.
