A leading company in environmental projects seeks an Administrative Assistant to support travel coordination and administrative tasks for field staff across Western Canada. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, assist with training, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Your impact
It takes a great team to deliver environmental projects that clean up our communities and improve our natural resources. This includes those who coordinate travel and equipment for field workers to the field. We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with a team supporting travel coordination for field staff and tracking field resources while following Jacobs and client policies. You’ll apply your strong communication skills as you work with customers to resolve issues and problems.
Based in Western Canada, you will support various field programs by assisting with administrative tasks, including document control, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks related to maintaining health and safety policies and procedures at Jacobs. This role will also include organizing necessary training and PPE prior to employees heading to client sites. Additionally, you will support our expense team with submitting staff expenses for travel conducted on company business.

Posted Salary Range Minimum: $43,200.00
Posted Salary Range Upper: $65,340.00
The base salary range for this position is $43,200.00 to $65,340.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
