Summary

We are seeking a Grants Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Genwave Technologies Inc. This role is crucial for managing grant applications and funding opportunities that support our innovative AI & wireless projects. The Grants Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the financial sustainability of our initiatives while fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential grant opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals while ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • Manage the grant application process from start to finish, including tracking deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team managers to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Negotiate grant terms and conditions with funding agencies as needed.
  • Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Develop relationships with funding organizations to enhance future funding opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 Years + proven experience in grant writing and management, preferably in a technology or engineering context.
  • Strong research skills to identify relevant funding opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management related to grants.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Raiser Edge or Salesforce is an asset.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
