Job description

MINI Oakville is seeking professional, optimistic, energetic, and success-driven Automotive Sales Professionals for our stand-alone store in Oakville, Ontario. Our automotive sales teams sell with a consultative approach and are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction, not only in the vehicle the customer is purchasing but also in the way our customer purchases it.

If you fit the above criteria and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, then you could be the next top-tier Automotive Sales Professional we are looking for.

Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but is not necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Must be committed to achieving monthly goals on New and Used vehicles
  2. High energy and self-motivated
  3. Prompt attendance when scheduled
  4. Able to work as a team with your fellow automotive sales professionals and our BDC
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Dressed for success
  7. Possess the willingness to be trained
  8. Presentation skills for showing and explaining the features of our vehicles
  9. Able to set multiple appointments per week
  10. Proficiency in computer, email, and internet usage
  11. Provide our customers with purchase and lease options in a confident manner
  12. Have the ability to achieve 100% customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
  13. Be a CLOSER
