Job description

We are hiring our first Deal Desk Coordinator to build and support this function from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous and strategic role, and the successful applicant will play a critical role in accelerating deal velocity for both new and existing business, improving contract execution workflows, and ensuring we maintain commercial compliance across all deals.

As the operational connector between Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and RevOps, you'll help enforce pricing policies, streamline approvals, and support the efficient closure of complex enterprise deals.

What You'll Do
  1. Build & Own the Deal Desk Function: Design and implement scalable processes to manage deal review, approvals, and quote-to-contract workflows.
  2. Assist sales and CS teams: Support deal structuring, quoting, and approvals to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
  3. Contract review: Evaluate all contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policies.
  4. Legal review support: Perform initial review of MSAs, SOWs, and basic contract terms to identify non-standard language and escalate to Legal as necessary.
  5. Coordinate with procurement: Help bring late-stage deals over the finish line.
  6. Ensure compliance: Follow internal deal approval processes, document approvals, and highlight deviations.
  7. Pricing and legal guardrails: Support consistent application across all deals.
  8. Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure deal velocity and policy adherence.
  9. Continuous improvement: Identify gaps, reduce deal friction, and improve turnaround times for approvals and contract execution.
  10. Process optimization: Seek ways to make policies and workflows more efficient.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations role—preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.
  2. Degree and/or Professional designation (Legal, Finance) is advantageous.
  3. Experience reviewing legal agreements, including SaaS contracts such as MSAs and SOWs.
  4. Experience managing cross-functional deal/contract processes across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with CPQ tools is a plus.
  6. Strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  7. Effective communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  8. Process-minded with a talent for simplifying complex workflows and building scalable systems.
