Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Powell River, BC. The Chef will oversee the daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes served to our customers. Responsibilities also include managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ordering supplies as necessary. The Chef will collaborate with the management team to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Experience in menu planning and recipe development
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
