Role Summary:

Are you personable and eager to make customer interactions delightful? Can you process financial transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service? If yes, apply for the Customer Experience Associate position. We're seeking a well-rounded individual who understands customer needs and can recommend banking solutions for a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions clearly.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and participate in personal development.
  • Support team efforts, communicate effectively, and keep routine activities updated.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
