Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is a large-scale commercial landscape maintenance and construction company. We are currently looking for Landscape and Mowing crew leads to join our growing team for the busy 2025 season. We offer a positive, team-oriented work environment, ample room for growth, competitive wages, and training benefits.

Duties

• Responsible for the mowing/maintenance of commercial landscape properties
• Supervise a crew of up to 3 people
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment such as ride-on mowers, zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, etc., safely
• Crew training
• Ensure site safety
• Manage timekeeping

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Experience operating large commercial ride-on mowers
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Strong horticulture background preferred

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
