We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Partner Firm OSI (Organizational Solutions Inc.) .

The Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, educating, and nurturing prospective clients, ultimately securing their business to increase sales and revenue.
The Sales Executive will :
- Acquire new clients and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Develop extensive company and industry knowledge through OSI learning and development.
- Keep current prospect list up to date and execute account management strategies to foster new relationships.
- Ensure CRM is fully up to date on a daily basis.
- Participate in sales and networking initiatives, tradeshows, and other industry events as required throughout the sales year.
- Participate in annual sales / marketing strategic planning sessions.
- Develop new business relationships to expand market presence (direct and brokers) on a daily basis.
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFP) with the support of Marketing, review RFPS, and develop pricing strategies.
- Deliver prompt proposals to prospects and brokers and coordinate and assist in delivering winning finalist presentations to prospects, and negotiate client contracts and review LOA prior to client delivery.
- Expand the services of existing clients through account management strategies.
- Network in key target communities, i.e. Human Resources on a monthly basis.
- Work with Marketing to develop sales campaigns, including hosting broker and industry events and networking to build visibility on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate deployment of client programs and implementations.
- Provide accurate Sales to Ops transition assistance to ensure understanding of client.
- Design and deliver sales seminars, with support from the Marketing team.
- Share success strategies with the team on regular sales huddles and participate in regular sales and marketing meetings.
- Work as part of the team providing feedback to Operations and IT as requested.

- Key strengths in networking and building relationships with customers and decision-makers with confidence.
All-star candidates will have :
- 3-5+ years of previous B2B sales experience.
- 5-8+ years of previous experience in sales.
- Previous experience in selling Disability Management, Health and Wellness, EAP, or other HR services would be considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated business skills related to sourcing new leads including cold calling / hunting for new business, building relationships, presenting and selling services to various industries and management levels, building a strong sales funnel.
- Experience selling and presenting to C-Suite level connections.
- Strong CRM experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong computer software skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset.
- Previously established network of Human Resources Professionals and C-Suite level connections.
