We are inviting applications for the position of Vice-Principal at Anne Roberts Young Elementary School effective August 1st, 2025.

  • Five years of successful elementary or secondary teaching experience. This position will involve a teaching assignment (0.5).
  • Experience in supporting extracurricular activities - i.e. sports, fine arts, etc.
  • Experience in working with parents as educational partners.
  • Experience in building an inclusive classroom and school environment.

The Distinct Nature of Teaching and Learning at Anne Roberts Young Elementary School

Anne Roberts Young Elementary School was designed and built to facilitate a distinct learning environment. This process involved visitations to schools around the country, community consultation meetings and several design meetings with a cross-section of staff from around the district. These conversations on learning and learning spaces helped shape the architecture of the school.

Compensation
