What you'll do...

1. Properly follows Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
2. Properly completes all defective slips.
3. Assists customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
4. Maintains sales tax exempt records.
5. Ensures all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
6. Verifies returned merchandise against refund slips prior to returning to the sales floor.
7. Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
