We are seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to oversee the delivery of Harris and NorthStar products to our customers. You will collaborate directly with the Executive Vice President and work with a motivated executive team to build an organization that achieves exceptional financial results and long-term organic growth.

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Ensure performance against measurable goals for the professional services team, aligned with division growth and profitability targets. Regularly monitor, measure, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate with peers to maximize overall business effectiveness.
  • Innovate and evolve our implementation strategy to increase efficiency and flexibility, providing a consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, manage issues, and ensure contractual obligations are met to sustain high customer satisfaction.
  • Secure additional contracts for services and products to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead and develop a team of service professionals, fostering skills and capabilities aligned with business strategies.
  • Create a positive work environment that promotes learning, sharing, and trust, with a recognition system that rewards exemplary behaviors.
  • Develop operational plans, budgets, policies, and procedures to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
  • Present financial, project, and customer satisfaction reports to senior management.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
  • 10+ years of experience managing a professional services organization.
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ members, with a background in developing leaders.
  • Proven experience managing distributed, remote teams.
  • Experience with remote delivery models and cloud solutions.
  • Previous ownership and management of a P&L.

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • General management experience in a vertical market software company.
  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
