Skills and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced Office 365 and/or Azure AD Premium functions, including security, governance, and compliance.
• Provide second-level support for compute, network, and storage issues on AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform features and capabilities (Security, Firewalls, Redis Cache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, OMS, Blob Storage, Resource Groups, NSG, Application Insights, SQL Server, SQL DB, Load Balancers).
• Design and implement ADFS identity solutions for Microsoft Office 365.
• Design solutions in Microsoft Azure based on project requirements.
• Lead architecture and technical discussions on cloud security, privacy, and compliance, considering scale, performance, and HA/DR.
• Configure and manage customer AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Analyze systems and troubleshoot issues during Azure cloud migration.
• Implement CI/CD application development using tools like Jenkins, TFS, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth implementation, delivery, and deployment of complex solutions.
