What will be your daily pursuit?
The Food and Beverage Supervisor under general direction trains, schedules and directs frontline staff to perform their duties to Guest Experience standards.

What will your compensation be?
The starting salary for this position is $20.00.

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2025.

What will you do in this job?

  1. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
  2. Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
  3. Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory
  4. Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
  5. Involved in the making of and receiving food orders
  6. Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
  7. Listen and respond to customer complaints
  8. Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times
  9. Relieve Servers as required
  10. Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
  11. Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
  • Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
  • Natural ability to lead a team
  • Detail oriented with good communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
  • POS system experience is an asset
  • Cash handling experience
  • High volume experience
  • Handle stress in a professional manner
  • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
