Your Mission

• Build strong relationships with Pharmacy Operation Leads, Pharmacy Managers, Affiliate/Partner Owners, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular touchpoints with key contacts both individually and in tandem.
• Manage, coach, and mentor Affiliate/Partner Owners, Pharmacy Managers, and Pharmacy Operations Leads, including training and development.
• Oversee training and operating standards for pharmacies.
• Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and BioScript policies.
• Develop and maintain internal programs, policies, procedures, and data standards.
• Assist in Change Management and communication planning.
• Review financials monthly with partners and finance team to ensure adherence to agreements.
• Represent BioScript in the region, engaging with government agencies to secure a favorable regulatory environment in Quebec.

What You Bring To The Table

• Experience in healthcare, especially pharmacy, is a strong asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership, conflict management, and team-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective issue resolution.
• Relationship-building and influencing skills to achieve results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understanding of systems implementation and best practices management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays and site visits (~10-20%).

Compensation : Our pay ranges are based on local labor benchmarks for each role, level, and location. Compensation includes base salary and total rewards.
