Job Duties:

  • Manage and work closely with the Store Managers to improve the store’s operating efficiency and to maintain a high standard of quality and a great customer experience in order to have favourable word of mouth and positive customer reviews, as well as repeat business.
  • Manage the new hire process to bring in fresh talent as well as implementing measures and policies to retain existing employees and to lower employee turnover.
  • Review operations and manage Store Managers to ensure that all operations are executed to their optimum capacity.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and multi-channel revenue attribution modeling.
  • Implement Canadian Digital adoption plan/methodology to which Canada requires all business models to gradually shift.
  • Engage and initiate communications with the Franchisor with a vision to expand.
  • Engage in the process of enhancing and expanding menu items to increase sales.
  • Bring in more corporate clients with catering orders to increase sales.
  • Work closely with vendors and inventory providers and review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

Terms of Employment: Permanent and full-time.

Language of Work: English.

Wage: $61.54 per hour.

Skills Requirements:

Required Education:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or digital marketing and marketing management.

Required Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing a small business.
  • Make an investment of at least $50,000 in the business.
  • Experience in digital marketing is essential.
  • Sales forecasting experience.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Experience with:
    • Implementing data-driven marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
    • Developing and managing a marketing budget, and optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Implementing marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Experience in managing all aspects of the marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
