The Opportunity
JOB DESCRIPTION
Make your mark while you grow your career! As the Assistant Production Foreman, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of field operations in the Townsend Blair Daiber areas north of Fort St. John. Leading a team of approximately 22 staff and a Montney production base of 425 MMcf/d gas, 4000 BBL/d NGL, you will be responsible for facilitating safe, reliable, and cost-effective production of the natural gas wells and facilities in the area.
As a leader within the team, you will be required to support and promote our Culture of Safety and Continuous Improvement. Effective leadership, communication, and coordination skills are essential, as a key function of this role is effectively engaging stakeholders including: local landowners, the MD & Counties, and the Facility, Exploitation, and Subsurface teams based in Calgary.

Note: This is a BC-based position – the salary range is estimated to be between $128,400 – $145,000.
