Overview of your role:
The Manager, Accounts Payable and General Services manages and oversees all management-related activities for the department. They are responsible for optimizing the efficiency of accounts payable and general services processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.
This person develops internal policies and work procedures, ensures that technical and functional documentation is maintained, and coordinates communication throughout the organization. The manager ensures that a strong internal control environment is maintained for the accounts payable department.
Finally, the person acts as a liaison with the company's internal and external clients.
