Job description

First General Services - Espanola/Manitoulin is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time permanent labourer.

Duties:

1. Demolish and remove damaged portions of structures exposed to damage.
2. Perform renovations on existing structures as required.
3. Assist carpenters and skilled workers with various duties.
4. Collect and dispose of construction waste.
5. Haul, move, set up, and take down drying equipment.
6. Disinfect areas as required.
7. Submit accurate timesheets weekly.
8. Perform job functions efficiently, respecting our customers and their property.
9. Willing to work evenings, on call, and weekends as needed.

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

• Valid class G driver’s license is an asset.
• Experience is an asset, but willing to train.
• Clear criminal background check.

Wages and Benefits:

• Benefit package included.
• Wages starting at $17.20 - $20.00, based on experience.
