Your Opportunity:
As the Diagnostic Imaging Front Desk Admin, your main priority will be ensuring that the Diagnostic Imaging Department runs smoothly. Regular duties include reception, checking-in patients, scheduling walk-ins, and telephone reception. This role also supports payroll and the Audiology department through referral entry, scanning, and faxing, as well as providing clerical coverage for other programs as necessary.
Description:
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within a department or program.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, timekeeping/payroll. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Comfortable in a busy reception area with distractions present. Experience with patients, families, and visitors in a clinical environment. Previous experience and training in Connect Care as an Ambulatory unit clerk or Diagnostic Imaging Front Desk required.
