Job description

Your Opportunity:

As the Diagnostic Imaging Front Desk Admin, your main priority will be ensuring that the Diagnostic Imaging Department runs smoothly. Regular duties include reception, checking-in patients, scheduling walk-ins, and telephone reception. This role also supports payroll and the Audiology department through referral entry, scanning, and faxing, as well as providing clerical coverage for other programs as necessary.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within a department or program.
