Job summary

The Tri-County Regional Centre for Education is seeking a qualified teacher for a permanent position starting August 1, 2025. The successful candidate will teach various mathematics courses and African Canadian Studies, contributing to a diverse educational environment. Applicants must hold a valid Nova Scotia Teacher Certification and have a strong educational background in Mathematics.

Qualifications

  • Valid Nova Scotia Teacher Certification required.
  • French major or immersion experience preferred.
  • Completion of WHMIS and First Aid, or willingness to obtain.

  • Teach Math 7, Math at Work 10 & 12, Math Essentials 12, and African Canadian Studies 11.

The Tri-County Regional Centre for Education (TCRCE) serves the counties of Shelburne, Yarmouth, and Digby, supporting approximately 6,100 students across 22 schools, including 13 elementary schools, 6 high schools, 1 middle school, and 2 elementary/high schools.
