Job Title: Roofing Project Superintendent

Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a fast-growing division of RPM.

Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division is currently seeking a Roofing Project Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, resolving project issues, coordinating between subcontractors and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards, generating project status reports, and maintaining owner satisfaction.

This position requires:

1. 5-10 years’ experience in built-up roofing systems or
2. 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications,
3. Experience with single-ply roofing systems, building construction, and field fabrication of metal work.

You must be able to keep detailed project records and effectively interface with owners, subcontractors, and company management. Some travel may be required.

The salary range for this position generally falls between $76,110 and $100,000. This estimate is based on qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
