The Mission of the Partnership Marketing Manager

The Partnership Marketing Manager will lead Cozey’s influencer and content creator program, combining data-driven strategies with a sharp creative eye to build and scale impactful partnerships across North America. This role is designed for a social media-savvy leader who lives and breathes trends, aesthetics, and storytelling—and who knows how to turn cultural moments into brand wins. You’ll be at the forefront of Cozey’s partnership strategy, driving relationships with influencers and creators, crafting scroll-stopping campaigns, and ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve. If you’re as comfortable curating influencer collaborations as you are analyzing performance metrics and streamlining operational processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Partnership Development

  • Build and implement innovative influencer and content creation strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement across North America.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers and creators who set the tone for their communities, ensuring collaborations align with Cozey’s brand identity and values.
  • Continuously refine partnership and outreach strategies based on trends, audience feedback, and performance insights.
  • Manage and optimize Cozey’s affiliate marketing program, identifying growth opportunities, fostering affiliate relationships, and tracking performance to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

2. Campaign Management and Execution

  • Develop clear and comprehensive influencer briefs, manage contract creation and signatures, and oversee product delivery logistics in collaboration with the operation team.
  • Ensure content deliverables meet brand standards, are received on time, and undergo quality checks by putting in place a streamlined process.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to ensure influencer campaigns and content align with broader marketing goals and timelines.

3. Performance Analysis and Innovation

  • Track and report key KPIs, such as engagement, reach, and ROAS, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral moments to keep Cozey’s partnerships fresh and exciting.
  • Introduce creative ideas and formats that enhance Cozey’s influencer program and set it apart from competitors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their unique ecosystems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for great design and culturally relevant content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic improvements.
  • Passionate about social media and influencer culture, with a keen eye for trends and creative opportunities.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
  • Experience managing Affiliate marketing campaigns with Impact.
