Project Desk Associates are sales professionals who partner with customers to understand their needs and assist in planning construction and renovation projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, project sales representatives can make recommendations that solve customers’ problems. This is a fast-paced and engaging role.

Qualifications
  1. A strong foundation in sales and customer service
  2. Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
  3. Excellent communication skills and being a team player
  4. Confident, persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve sales objectives
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
  7. Knowledge of building materials and the construction process (asset)
  8. Ability to develop trusting relationships with new and existing customers through quality customer service
  9. Bilingual in French and English
Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  2. Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable solutions for their projects
  3. Keep updated on current sales, promotions, and market conditions
