PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - TRADE TESTED FITTER AND TURNER ESSENTIAL - HEAVY MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

Location: BENONI | Salary: R980K - CTC

* Trade Tested Fitter and Turner essential. Additional production qualification would be a great advantage.

* Minimum 5 years production experience within a heavy manufacturing environment.

* Proven top experience in production management.

* Staff supervision with strong leadership and managerial skills, including performance management.

* Monitoring production workflow and output, ensuring schedules are met or exceeded.

* Oversight of quality, health, and safety standards.

* Good understanding of:

• CNC lathes, conventional, slotting, planning, and milling machines

Good understanding of engineering principles and production processes.

Knowledge of PM and TPM practices.

This role requires top technical skills (Fitting and Turning), a hands-on approach, and a high degree of work and quality ownership. Results-driven!
