Position

To be a positive team member committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences, focusing on supporting and contributing to the success of Tim Hortons.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Ensure prompt and warm greetings within 5 seconds at the front counter.
• Prepare products efficiently, minimize waste, and record production details.
• Follow all food safety and quality procedures, including baking fresh products and adhering to Tim Hortons recipes.
• Enhance guest experience using SET principles: Smile, Eye contact, Thank you.
• Accurately take and repeat guest orders, operate POS system, and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain speed of service, manage guest concerns promptly, and ensure a positive environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas.
• Follow all operational standards, policies, and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
