What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Identify, define, and document business needs for applications and data
2. Develop and present business cases, including feasibility studies and risk assessments
3. Engage with stakeholders to implement automated business processes and service agreements
4. Monitor project progress, resource usage, and conduct quality management reviews
5. Collaborate with non-technical users on testing activities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience defining and documenting business requirements for applications and data
2. At least 4 years of experience interacting with diverse roles to develop automated business processes
3. 1 year of experience working with frontline clients in service delivery-based organizations
4. 3 years of experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodologies
5. Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation, including business cases and process flow diagrams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Previous experience with the BC Registries Modernization Initiative
2. Experience creating technical documentation, diagrams, and RFCs
3. Ability to write release communications
4. Knowledge of the application design and development life cycle, as well as IT security aspects
