Commercial lending administration skills and passion for agriculture needed:

  • Build relationships that support a sales team offering financing to local agribusiness and agri-food operations.
  • Join the team managing a complex portfolio, support loan approvals, and lead loan administration tasks.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:
  • Partner with senior colleagues to proactively build and maintain relationships with key and high-potential customers and prospects.
  • Answer inquiries, offer solutions, and process requests professionally, creating sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior loan analysts to complete complex loan documents and administrative processes.
  • Ensure ongoing, open communication with customers on assigned portfolio.
  • Enter customer and financial details into the lending system with high accuracy.

  • Understanding of syndication, inter-lender, securitization agreements, and similar contracts.
  • Technical understanding of complex financial statements to facilitate data entry, account review, and covenant testing.
