Headquartered in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Health PEI is the single health authority responsible for delivering publicly-funded health services across the province. Leadership Roles

Medical Director

Responsible for providing senior medical staff leadership within the Medical Affairs Office and across Health PEI, including strategy development, implementation, and monitoring, as well as oversight of medical services and staff. Ensures compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and policies.

Provincial Department Head

Provides medical leadership within the department, oversees staff appointments and privileges, addresses concerns, and collaborates across the health system to prioritize and implement departmental strategies.
