Job Summary

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will provide decision support, act as a financial expert, and advise senior leadership to ensure profitable growth aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and developing reporting tools and KPIs linked to business objectives. The role requires translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting business growth and financial planning.
• Present business cases and financial analyses to leadership.
• Lead the annual budget process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts.
• Monitor variances, support business unit leaders, and provide financial guidance.
• Develop financial reports, KPIs, and support ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.
• Manage, develop, and supervise finance staff.
• Lead special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Strong analytical ability, experience with large data sets, and proficiency in MS Excel, Hyperion, SQL, and Qlik.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Business acumen and change management skills.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
