Job description

Brandt Truck & Trailers is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Grande Prairie location. This position is responsible for managing, motivating, and mentoring the Sales team to achieve annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction is being achieved within the designated region. This position will focus on the transportation and heavy haul trailer needs of Brandt customers to ensure we are selling and delivering all of our solutions and offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage and drive product sales through a team of Territory Managers.
  2. Educate and direct the Territory Managers to ensure all initiatives are promoted within the region.
  3. Manage key financial metrics such as sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability.
  4. Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels.
  5. Establish key KPIs for Territory Managers and monitor them on a monthly basis.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings with the Territory Managers.
  7. Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  8. Engage directly with the larger accounts in the region to promote full product support offerings.
  9. Provide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends.
