About The Role

The Administrative Officer is responsible for the provision of administration and resource management support to the Manager of Adult Community Corrections Centres. The role includes but is not limited to; Preparation of the Centre budget in consultation with the Manager; monitoring of expenditure; responsibility for a broad range of human, financial and physical resource functions; and monitoring document, records and IT standards. The Administrative Officer also provides advice, training, coaching and supervision to Clerical Officers co-located at the various centres.

Eligibility

Permanent positions – To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
